  2. Your first session should not last longer than 10 minutes. You should calmly get up from the bench after sitting for a few seconds
  3. After the first session, take a cold shower or go to the pool; after that, it’s a good idea to take a hot shower for a minute and a half
  4. Then rest for 20 minutes
  5. After your second 10–15-minute session in the sauna, take another cold shower, rest, and then go in for a third time
  6. Then comes a well-deserved rest; you can lie down in the relaxation area
